Karen’s cottage was over the top cute. You could not ask for a better location. The downtown of St. Andrew’s is right outside the front door.

Such a great spot for our stay in St Andrews! Convenient to everything and lots of decks to enjoy the outdoors. Home is so comfortable and well stocked. Bathroom is huge. Highly recommend staying here. Karen was the best host. Robes were a nice touch.

Amazing place to stay

We fully enjoyed our stay at Gull’s Landing. The cottage had everything we needed, and then some. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing, and the location could not be better. Walking distance to everything! Highly recommend!

Wonderful visit to Gull’s Landing St. Andrew’s

Gull’s landing is a perfect spot. The house is delightful, the location is excellent. The top deck has a patio heater which is great to have on while we enjoyed the view of the harbour in the evening. Highly recommend!

A beautiful spot to explore St. Andrew’s from

The wonderfully renovated and appointed space was perfect for our stay in St. Andrew’s. The master bedroom upstairs had a lovely view over the water. Being on the Main Street made everything a short walk away to shops and restaurants.

Beautifully renovated and appointed home. Fully equipped kitchen was handy. The view off the master bedroom was very pretty in the morning. The central location on the Main Street was handy for walking to the shops and restaurants.

Great great great stay! Beautiful property, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, so many decks you don’t know where to sit for morning coffee! Which is included, by the way! Location is outstanding, walking distance to everything in St. Andrews! Super clean, and Karen was a great host. Couldn’t recommend more!

The home was lovely and very well equipped --- even having nice white bath robes for our use. The location was awesome being right on the waterfront and the balcony was great for spending time enjoying the view. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.

Overall our getaway at Karen’s property couldn’t have been better. Everything was so well appointed and the location was perfect.

A peaceful gem in a picturesque location

Clean and crisp cottage with easy access to the heart of St. Andrews. Very comfortable and convenient lodging, fully equipped kitchen, quiet and restful. We stayed four weeks and would do so again.
