This is a single level home with Master Bedroom with En-suite. A large great room with Living room and dining open to kitchen. Laundry room sits on way to garage and lanai and then other side of great room has an additional 2 bedrooms that share the other full bathroom

Entire Property

The home sits near a cul de sac and sits in a private single family home community. Literally only a mile from all the shopping and restaurants your heart will desire as well as close to College of Central Florida

Plenty of parking on site but you will want a car

***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee collected after booking.

We had such a wonderful time, the property was very clean and cozy. The game room was so much fun and the back screened in porch was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this beautiful rental.

Clean, quiet house in a great location. Steve was an attentive host checking in several times. Perfect for our family of four. Will definitely be back next year!

We had a great stay! The layout of the house was nice and open, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms. The screened in porch was really pleasant and a great place for morning coffee. Steve was a very communicative host, with straightforward and clear instructions for the house.

We had a great stay. The house was stock full of amenities. The host was very gracious and helpful when we thought we needed to extend our trip.

Property was amazing!! Large, open-concept dining room/living room. Kitchen is updated and modern, with induction stove and large, clean fridge. Two full-size couches in sitting area and long, oversized table. Everything was clean and in order, ready to go right at check-in time. There was a error with my lock code, but the owner recognized it before I arrived, alerted me with an alternative and fixed the issue with updated communication too. Beds were soft, linens were fluffy and clean. All good things!! Property is large, plenty of parking, basketball hoop, and game room! Very happy with our stay! Instructions were super easy to understand. Check out was a breeze! Would stay again!

Great place to relax and visit Springs

Great place to relax with the family. The property has everything you need to spend a couple of days with the fam an have fun. We visites Silver Springs and Sholom park. Hihgly recommended both places

This place was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless when we arrived—easily one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. It’s also pet-friendly, which made our trip so much easier, and the huge yard was perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy.The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell the host really cares about the property and the guest experience. Speaking of the host—they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway!
