Gjerrild is located at the tip of the nose of Djursland, that is, with coast on several sides. Look forward to wonderful swimming days and fishing trips along the coast. Further inland on the peninsula you will encounter hilly beech forests and the disused Sostrup Castle monastery, tranquil lakes and abundant wildlife.
