The property was very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was amazing. We watched squirrels, birds, and deer from the deck.

A previous stay with a different host had kind of convoluted parking set-up, involving confusing street signs, a photo with the park here/not here markings, and having to message the host with our license plate number. After that, it was a very nice and hassle-free experience to have an easy-to-access and clearly marked parking set-up. It's appreciated to have one less thing to fret over while on vacation!I also prefer a room and furniture set-up like this that feels more like a bed & breakfast than some of the other VRBO offerings that are clearly rooms that were arranged to be very "hotel-like."The surrounding area is nice and quiet while still being a short and easy drive to other things to do in the Powell and Dublin areas.I don't know if it's a silly thing to mention, but I think the heated toilet seat should be one of the listed amenities in the VRBO description. It might not sound like as much of a luxury as a hot tub, but...hey, once you've tried it...!

My stay was very peaceful and the property was nice. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathroom and the internet was excellent. I had to work during the day from the house and this was the perfect setup for me. Thank you!
