The gated villa is nestled in a peaceful tropical paradise in Kawuku - Bunga, between the center of Kampala and Munyonyo resort.
The villa is ideal for family reunions, professional retreats, or groups traveling together. It offers full privacy and modern comfort for each bedroom, beautiful common areas, and a large gazebo.
Guests enjoy nearby resorts, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and markets.
Paved roads from the airport and city center to the villa ensuring smooth, dust-free arrival.

We are available to address any question via phone/ text /email. Our property manager will address any question in person.

The Kawuku - Bunga neighborhood is very quiet and walk-able at any time.
Hotel Las Vegas with its Gym, SPA, Swimming pool, Bars and restaurants is just within a short walk from our place.
There is a convenient store across the street from the entrance to the compound and a place to buy a tasty hot Rolex (Roll Eggs). There is a market, many service stores, gas stations and a few supermarkets at the nearby Ggaba road.
Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, The Sunrise Beach, Bunga, The Mulungu Fish market, Cassia Lodge, Nomad Bar and Grill, and Fusion AutoSpa are some local attractions.
We can arrange city tours, local market tours, and community visits.

The Kasana Sunshine Villa provides an authentic Ugandan hospitality in a peacefull environment.

The villa offers five upscale guest unites. Each guest unit has an en-suite modern bathroom with high pressure hot water, a mini fridge, private entrance and garden view.

The common areas include a fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining area, specius living room, shaded patio, and a large gazebo with outdoor lounge and outdoor dining area.

Guests also enjoy the tropical garden view and the refreshing breeze from Lake Victoria.

We provide 24X7 Gatekeeper, housekeeping services, and ample free parking inside the gated compound.

The Villa is located 0.3 Miles from Lake Victoria on the Bunga-Kawuku side of Kampala in a peaceful residential area. The new Kampala - Entebbe Express way and the comfortable Wavamunno road to Munyonyo enable an easy ride all the way from Entebbe airport to the Villa. You will ride on a new paved way all the way from the airport to the Villa and all the way from the Villa to Kampala city center.
It is easy to get around in the area. You can hire a Boda-Boda or a Uber. You can also use the local taxi or a pre-arranged shuttle from and to the EBB airport.
The neighborhood is quite and walk-able

Additional Services:

We allow garden events of up to 40 people for groups who stay in the Villa 5+ nights.

Breakfast, Special Chef Meals, Traditional Cooking Class, Event Catering, and Laundry Services, are available on site for additional fees.

We can arrange additional accommodation in the compound for your driver / cook / nanny.
