This high-end vacation rental with a terrace is located in a quiet and exclusive area in the heart of Warnemünde, just about 200 meters from the fine-sand beach. The ideal accommodation for anyone looking to combine relaxation, comfort, and a central location in one of the most popular Baltic Sea resort towns.
Right next to the house is the famous Mühlenstraße, a lively shopping and strolling street lined with small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. Attractions such as the Warnemünde Lighthouse and the Teepott are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Alte Strom, with its maritime shops, restaurants, and fishing boats, invites you to take a stroll year-round—fresh fish sandwiches included. Numerous events and sailing regattas provide a maritime vacation atmosphere all year round.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a bakery, a weekly market, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a post office, bike rentals, as well as the beach and promenade—all within easy walking distance.
The approximately 35 m² vacation apartment is located in the basement of the building and features large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It is divided into a combined living and sleeping area with a flat-screen TV, a small, modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sunny terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors. This non-smoking apartment is designed to accommodate up to two people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The price for the first night includes the final cleaning and booking fees, as well as the initial provision of bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel for the duration of the stay.
On behalf of the tourism and spa authorities, the spa tax is calculated as follows:
Adults: €3.70 per day; reduced rate: €1.45. The reduced visitor’s tax applies to children and adolescents aged 6 through 14, as well as to people with a degree of disability (GdB) of 50 or higher. Children up to age 5, business travelers, and people with a GdB of at least 80 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. For individuals with a GdB of 100, accompanying persons are also exempt from the visitor’s tax. The spa tax includes a mobility fee of 1.45 €. This entitles the holder to free use of public transportation within the Warnow Transport Association’s service area, with the exception of the Molli spa train and the Warnow ferries.
