Property was as stated, we were there for 2 weeks, it would have been nice to have clean towels and bedding sheets changed after the 7 days, but overall very comfortable for our needs

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment had the perfect size for us and is next to the beach and around 10 min walk from the center of the village. Everything was so well-kept and clean! Sandra was waiting for us to arrive and explained us everything. We also met Maria and she is a lovely host. Looking forward to go there again. Thanks to Maria & Sandra for a really nice & relaxing week.

This was such a wonderful trip. Location was excellent, property was clean and facilities were amazing. The host was so so communicative and went above and beyond to help me get to the property when my flight was late. Would absolutely stay again. 10/10

Amazing

Sandra greeted us with the keys to the lovely one bedroom apartment showed us around inside was very bright and sparkling clean! The property overlooks the sea, steps down to the beach, restaurants all around walkable! Would definitely recommend and will return with family!!!

Excellence in Ferragudo

We stayed for a month. Service was excellent. Property was well kept. Location was superb, overlooking the beach, three restaurants and bars provided refreshments and food- excellent. Proximity to all venues in the Algarve, leaves nothing to chance. Will be back. The wicker bedroom furniture could be improved.

What’s not to like?Location by a beautiful beach with an excellent cafe.Set privately behind electric gates this is a small complex of various apartments with communal facilities.It is ably managed by Sandra who loves her job and treats the place as her own. She speaks a variety of languages so always able to communicate.We loved our week here off season peace and quiet to recharge in the sunny days but close to the little town for shopping and cafes. Sadly most restaurants closed for holiday as the very “slow” season.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!! WE DON'T WANT TO LEAVE.

Absolutely fantastic, my wife and I, have had a few trips to Europe over the years and we would have to say, this is one of the best. Admittedly it is the off season,,,, 18 - 20 degrees beautiful sunny days. What can I say, We had the place to ourselves, quite, clean, warm, comfortable accommodation, beautiful outlook. Can't say enough great things about this property!!

Nothing but GREAT things to say about this property. We stayed there for 4 weeks. 2 minute walk to great beach and restaurants, 15 minute walk to Market Square. The vila was clean, well-maintained, and well equipped for us. The wifi worked perfectly. Views from the large pool balcony was just outstanding.... exactly as shown in the listing. The property owner was excellent to work with; very responsive and so were staff very helpful in suggesting activities and trips. Can't say enough great things about this property!! Loved our stay in Portugal!

beautifully located and spotlessly clean villa had a wonderful stay

we stayed here from 9th until 14th September. although we have spent a lot of time in The Algarve over many years we had never stayed in either a privately owned property or in Ferragudo before. We were delighted with both the Villa and the location. The villa was beautiful. it was quiet and felt secure located in private grounds. it was well equipped with everything we needed. the air conditioning was lovely as it also cooled the bedroom. much appreciated at it was over 80 degrees during the day. The pool and the terrace had a lovely view over the beach. just a short walk down the steps led to two bars and two restaurants. I can recommend all of them. I would recommend this property and would love to come back. we would like to thank Sandra and Valentin who were really helpful calling a taxi when we needed one. When we left we took the train to Faro. THis was also a new experience and at 6 euros each was excellent value thanks for letting us stay in your lovely property kind regards helen

Basic but beautifully located with everything you need

Very secure little apartment within a group of 5, directly above a stunning beach. 2 restaurants very close by, one in particular serving marvellous tapas! Everything we needed was there, including iron and ironing board, loo roll, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi etc, and Sandra and Valentin were welcoming and lovely. Sandra was particularly marvellous when she had to drive all the way back because we couldn't work the key to the main gate! (Our fault)! Air conditioning / heating worked well, and the shower was forceful, controllable and hot. We could possibly have had a bath in the lovely big sink! Satellite TV was available, and our only niggle would be that all the programmes were in German except for Sky News - perhaps some channels for English speaking guests? Nonetheless, we were intrigued by Roisins Restaurants and My Perfect Dinner, even if we couldn't understand them!. Pool was pretty but too cold to use- solar heating might be an idea? The seagulls enjoyed swimming in it though! Terrace was also lovely, with a stunning view of the sea and the beach and plenty of furniture for guests. Ferragudo is a gorgeous fishing village, still very unspoilt, and we hired a car and had a lovely time exploring the Algarve - even though many historical sites were unfortunately closed. All in all a lovely holiday and a very clean, very safe, very practical little apartment to cone back to each evening; to sit on the terrace and watch the sunset with a good bottle of wine ...and a jumper on! (January 15th to 29th so chilly evenings but up to 19 degrees during the day, so no complaint there). Sooooo relaxed we didn't want to come home!

Calm place with beautiful views if you are at the pool.

Nice little apartment, limited equipped. In the https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p759147 you can read: Kitchen: 4 Ring Stove - Yes, prophane Coffee Maker - Yes Cooking Utensils - Yes Dishes & Utensils - Yes, limited Freezer - Yes Microwave - Yes Oven - Prophane, no one had used it and we did not dare to use it. No manual was provided..!!!!!!! Pantry Items - No baking utensils Refrigerator - Yes, the seal strip was not OK Hob - No Toaster - Yes General: Activities Guide - No Air Conditioning - Yes Clothes Dryer - Yes, towel dryer in the bathroom Garage - No, only for the owner Hair Dryer - Yes Heating - Yes, by the AC Internet - Yes, wifi Iron & Board - No iron, just board Laundry Soap - Yes Linens Provided - Yes Living Room - Yes in the kitchen Local Activities Guide - No Local Maps - No Local Restaurant Guide - No Parking - Yes Parking Off Street - Yes Sofa Bed - Yes Telephone - No Toilet Paper - No Towels Provided - Yes Washing Machine - Yes Free Wifi - Yes TV - Yes, with hdmi for computer connection. A lot of German channels but not BBC or CNN. Thanks to another guest, who stayed in apartment 2, we could get information of the surroundings, the restaurants etc. Other information we got from internet. The beds were well used with a sunken area in the middle of the mattress. The beds had no mattress toppers, so you can feel some of the single springs lieing in bed. The beds need new mattresses and mattress toppers to ensure good sleep. To do the dishes we needed a brush. We bought one. We had a good time visiting flea markets, national parks and small beautiful villages. The nearby town, Portimao, was good for shopping. Our stay was in November-December, so the sea water was too cold for us to go swimming and the pool was not heated. It must be wonderful in the summertime.

Please be correct: I know very well, a good sleep is important. In our pré eMail I told you, that there are no springs in the mattresses, because I have foam - sorry - it's up to you. You have booked the apartment no 1 - it is full equipped for 2 guests. If you want to live more generously, then you should have booked the apartment no. 2 objekt 759758 (for 4 persons) or apartment no. 3 objekt 759732 (for 6 persons). You have not booked the garage! As every other guests you can park you car in the enclosed courtyard without any surcharge. The stove is a modern gas stove as usual in Portugal. (In the apartment no. 2 the gas plates are mixed 2 electric and 4 gas) About the tv broadcast, you are right. I will try to improve it immediately. It is also very important to me for my future English speaking guest! For all other wishes, please ask my household helper Sandra or my housekeeper Valentin. They fulfill "almost" every wish ;-)))
