The apartment is new and located in a large apartment building on a quiet street with almost no traffic; it comfortably accommodates five people. The apartment has its own private entrance and a balcony that wraps around the unit, ensuring your privacy.

The balcony features a double seating area so you can always enjoy your day outdoors. Ideal for breakfast outdoors, a drink, or simply lying back and enjoying the sun.

Three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and tub), a fully equipped kitchen, and a large, beautiful balcony that wraps around the apartment.

There is also a smart LCD TV with satellite TV (German, Italian, and French channels), air conditioning, a large carport (covered parking) in front of the building, and free Wi-Fi.

Security cameras are located only outside in our parking lot and at the entrance in front of the apartment. When you park your car in our free parking space, it will be secure and safe.
