Community Amenities
**Hours are 9am - 9pm (subject to change) and water slide is open on Saturday and Sunday (water slide schedule posted at the facility)**

Guests have access to the community's resort-style amenity complex featuring a Junior Olympic pool, lazy river, water slide, splash pad, zero-entry pool, fitness center, and pickleball courts. These amenities are seasonal (mid-April through mid-October). In addition, there is a community dog park, lakes, parks and a fire pit within the community.

Key Fob & Garage Opener
Key fob & garage opener are provided for amenity access and the use of garage. They both must remain at the home at checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $200 replacement fee per item.
