98-inch Smart TV, a large sofa, comfortable armchairs, and a dining
table that seats up to 8 guests. The living area opens onto a large
furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy views of the sea and
the surrounding community.

Kitchen & Dining

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a
comfortable stay, including premium appliances, cookware, crockery, and
cutlery. A breakfast bar with seating for 5 is perfect for casual meals
or morning coffee.

Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine,
dryer, storage shelves, and cleaning essentials.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, study desk, 85-inch Smart
TV, dedicated wardrobe area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in
shower. Enjoy beautiful sea views right from the room.

The second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined together
if required, an en-suite bathroom, and sea views.

The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and
sea views.

The kids' room is fitted with a single bed, built-in wardrobe, and a
private bathroom with a shower.

Amenities

Guests have access to the building's infinity swimming pool and fully
equipped gym. A children's play area is located within the community,
and the beach club is only a 5–8 minute walk away.

Guest Access

Guests will have full private access to the apartment and balconies.
Keyless self-check-in will be provided before arrival.

Fresh linens, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic toiletries are
included. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged upon
request for an extra charge.

Things to Note

The Dubai Tourism Fee will be charged separately after booking
confirmation.

Same-day check-ins are welcome. For bookings made after 2:00 PM, please
allow up to 60 minutes for apartment preparation.
