Conveniently located condo

The Natiivo is located close to many Austin attractions. We walked pretty much wberywhere we wanted to check out. The condo was clean. The gym and pool were a great bonus.

Fantastic location, amenities, comfort

Our family had an exceptional visit. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved soaking in the skyline views and sunset while they played. The unit had everything we needed - particularly great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer! We enjoyed the hike trail on Lady Bird Lake, all the great restaurants and tons of live music - all on foot from the front door. We'll definitely be back!

Would stay here again

Great communication from Vacasa and easy to check in. Place was spotless and as described. I was surprised that on the 18th floor, we could still hear road noise from the highway…may not be the best glass. It was a minor issue though. Great location if you’re looking to go to Rainey street.

Amazing place with full amenities- condos converted to BnBs.. the only negative is it is right on an interstate. With earplugs I slept great in the comfy bed. The good? Everything worked great, including full kitchen and laundry. There is an awesome bar attached to the lobby, say hi for me :) The pool is beautiful (on the 30th floor with killer views!) And the workout area looks great too! The best part, for me though, was the location - it is right at the start of Rainey street which is one long strip of fun! Bars, restaurants, and food trucks line this street on both sides for blocks. It makes for a really great time. I met so many great people from Austin and visitors as well and felt at home from beginning to end.

Great location, comfortable and modern!

I had a last minute change of plans and needed to stay in the city unexpectedly. This place is centrally located close to bars, restaurants, live music, and the waterfront. You can walk downtown in 10-15 minutes. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony and it was awesome having a washer/ dryer! Only complaints/ nuances: 1) some of the lights were not tied to the switch, so it was hard to figure out how to get light in the bedroom 2) there’s a master electricity switch that needs to be turned on or else nothing in the apartment works 3) the design of the shower is lovely but not super functional— there was water all over the floor 4) it would have been nice if they had left 1-2 coffee pods given they have a nespresso machine! The local shop doesn’t carry them, so you can’t use it. 5) the last tenant or cleaning person left a dryer full of towels and linens—that was super confusing! Overall though it was lovely, and the front desk folks were so, so nice and friendly.

Hi, Jessica! We're so happy you stayed with us and appreciate your input. In the pre-arrival email we send to our guests, the master switch is mentioned, and we have verified all lights have a knob to turn or switch to flip. We apologize these were concerns for you. We do suggest guests bring their own pods, but there is a Target a mile away if needed. Housekeeping has been spoken to about leaving towels and linens in the dryer. Thank you!
