Our staycation at Natiivo was awesome! Our particular unit was clean, bright, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. Plus the view was amazing. The front desk staff was welcoming and it was a quick, efficient check-in. We all had a wonderful weekend and would 100% do it again.

Loved the unit. Loved the location. Loved the fitness center. Loved the adjacent park. Loved the coffee shop/bar off the lobby. Comfortable, convenient and a great bang for your buck. Highly recommend!

Was a great location, right by Rainey St but also a nice walk along Ladybird Lake takes you to Congress and more restaurants and bars. The pool, which overlooks the river and downtown, was a perfect oasis to escape the heat. Will stay here again in the future.

Very nice place with great views and a convenient location. Rooftop pool was very nice and the onsite staff was friendly and helpful. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. Would recommend.

The unit was very clean and well stocked. The layout was very nice too.I’ve stayed in this building two other times and appreciate the location and the amenities.Unfortunately this unit does not have a clear view of the lake, I missed that in the photos. The photos are accurate but you have to notice the building right in front of the unit. Also this is on the freeway side of the building so the noise was distracting.Great unit if the view is not of great importance.Roof top pool is awesome!

The condo was simply amazing. The staff was helpful. The view was breathtaking, you can take great pictures from the balcony. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Austin Texas

Rainey st is great location

Beds were great for 2 adults. Hidabed was not comfortable for other 2. Location was great! Amenities were great.

The condo was as pictured. We had a party of 30 and several other condos also rented and all were as described. The rental itself was very reasonably priced and very convenient to walk to the famed Rainey street and Lady bird lake. We did not have a car as 40.00 per day parking is ridiculous! We walked or U-bered as a walkable town. Coffee shop, liquor and groceries very close by. We had Walmart delivery as groceries were high priced but not the alcohol. "Party on Delivery" company was very convenient for our size group also as we had cases of water & beer delivered. You must be at front desk for all deliveries. Roof top pool was amazing especially at night. Could be quite crowded in the afternoon. Only downside is your room key card only lets you to your floor you are staying on, pool, fitness room & lobby! You cannot visit other floors by elevator. Had we known, we would have tried to book the same floors or close as you can do steps.

A Favorite

I travel to Austin at least twice a month for work. I’ve stayed at three Natiivo properties and finally found the one that’s my favorite. I appreciated the cleanliness and that the host provided sufficient toilet paper, dishwashing powder, and laundry detergent. Other units have not been on top of this like I think they should.
