East 6th Historic Loft is the perfect retreat as it features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, a dining table that seats eight people (there's even an additional three-bar top stool at the kitchen counter and an inviting living area with tall windows, comfortable furnishings, a large bookcase, and even a flatscreen TV with cable. Spice up your evenings by hanging out with your friends at the private rooftop terrace overlooking E 6th street. Amazing, isn't it?

The prime location of this loft will be great for those eager to experience a bustling city lifestyle in Austin. You'll be located in the East Cesar Chavez neighborhood of eclectic East Austin just blocks from the Historic Scoot Inn - Austin's oldest bar and live music venue. Dining options abound as well as local bars and food trucks in case cooking isn't your forte or you really don't feel like cooking and would like to try something local and different. There's a local yoga studio right next door if you'd like to try it for the first time or are already a yogi. Great place to stay with almost everything in walking distance! Getting into the property seemed a little tricky the first time but once we knew the process it was all good! Had a great time!

Very well located and cozy loft

Had a really good stay at the loft. The location is perfect, easy to walk everywhere and the loft felt like home right away.

The property and location were fabulous. The communication with Vacasa was nonexistent. So repairs that were needed did not get completed.

Great Stay!

I really enjoyed this location. Close to multiple bars and restaurants and not too long a walk to downtown and the convention center. One thing to be aware of is that the proximity to nightlife means some street noise, but it wasn't too disruptive. I'd happily stay here again!

Great Loft in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. The loft itself had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Great location on east 6th! Walkable and bike friendly! Flat is roomy, spacious, excellent outdoor second level deck, very safe.

Great base camp near downtown

Awesome location - just a few minutes to walk to nearly everything. A/C was awesome to come back to after 100 degree days. Would recommend!

Luxurious, spacious, great location

The design, details, and furnishings are all very thoughtfully designed and comfortable. It has big features like a giant kitchen and walk-in shower, and little things like soft towels, nice art, coffee and filters and a fascinating book collection. Also, so many good trucks and restaurants nearby!

great location for eastside bars and restaurants. Only complaint was broken garbage disposal and worn/sticky couch

Great place for bbq

Stayed here with a friend to hit all the big bbq joints in the area. It is pretty central which is awesome. Unit is great and well provisioned. Spent a bunch of time on the rooftop patio.

Loved the location of this loft. The design of the loft and access to the terrace are fantastic. Was a perfect spot for a getaway and a chance to catch up with friends.
