The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with convection oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and pod coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. The Alte Färberei features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and towel dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge, and you can also use Wi-Fi for free. The Old Dye House—Living in the Old Town—is centrally located in the city and is in the immediate vicinity of the market square, the city hall, and the “Ruster Garten” green space. Plassenburg Castle is about a 10-minute walk away; alternatively, you can take the Plassenburg-Express for a convenient ride up or down. The nearest stop, with the current schedule, is located on Klostergasse. If you’re arriving or departing by car or motorcycle, you can load and unload right in front of the building; the free “Schwedensteg” parking lot is just a 2-minute walk away. The Kulmbach train station is 650 meters away. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. This is a smoke-free property.
