The house is well suited to multi-generational families with lots of room for family fellowship but also space for private retreat. Our family ranges from 7 to 70, including teenagers. The first ones to arrive sent a message to the rest of us, “it’s huge and perfect”. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps away. The pool was a great addition. Already planning for a return visit in the future. The host and property manager were very attentive.

House was roomy. Pool was a little small for 12 water pressure was very low and minimal hot water in kitchen. Beach view is beautiful.

Thanks, Debbie, for the helpful feedback. As we discussed on the phone after I saw your review, the kitchen faucet lever is reversed in convention from what is common elsewhere (an issue we will correct in the future). As you told me, the dishwasher next to the sink did have hot water, and I think the faucet would have provided hot water with the lever in the correct (unintuitive) position with a longer wait (the hot water heater is on the the 3rd floor). Unfortunately, our artesian well system does lead to a drop in pressure in the house when the garden hose is being used to fill the pool at full stream output. We recommend filling the pool more slowly. Thanks for alerting me on the phone to a potential plumbing leak from the 3rd floor bathroom. Our maintenance man did a quick check and did not see it recurring, and the guests staying in the house after you have not seen the problem (yet), but we will do a more thorough investigation when the house is unoccupied. We appreciate your staying on our property and would be delighted to host you again. Keith

We actually were transferred from this condo to a single family home 3 miles north on A1A as an upgrade by the owner. It was very comfortable, and we spent a great deal of time on the beach and in the pool.

The host just bought the property one week prior. We had some issues but he promptly address all the issues. I rate the Owner high and easy to work with.

Fun Family Vacation

A wonderful house and location for a family vacation to spend time together and enjoy the beach, hot tub and heated pool. The house is quiet and comfortable for our multi generational gathering.

Fabulous family getaway

We stayed here with our children (17, 14 & 12). It was the perfect mix of beach and pool in a quiet setting. My wife and I enjoyed trail running, as well as the golf and tennis nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great week at the beach!

We had a great stay at this location! There was everything we needed and nothing that we missed! Definitely going back. Great having beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas accessible too!

2nd time at Melbourne Beach vacation house

Our family has been to this facility twice. We love being on the beach and having a private pool. My children and grandchildren enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this wonderful vacation home.
