Our accessible ground-floor apartment, "Teufelstisch," covers approximately 82 square meters. A spacious layout, tasteful furnishings, and decor contribute to a comfortable stay, as do free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating powered by a heat pump, and electric exterior blinds. A modern, bright open-concept kitchen features a large, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker (a filter coffee maker is also available), toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and a large fridge-freezer combo. Dining and drinking in front of a large sliding patio door, a cozy sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV (Magenta TV) provide pleasant extras. NEW: Starting in December 2023, a wood-burning Swedish stove will provide cozy warmth in the apartment during the transitional and winter months! Another plus is the large south-facing terrace with a charcoal grill and garden for exclusive use. The hallway, with a coat closet and storage room, provides additional storage space. The spacious master bedroom has plenty of room for a double bed (180/200), a clothes rack, and a dresser. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90/200), a clothes rod, and a storage shelf. Both bedrooms have insect screens to keep flies and mosquitoes out. The bathroom features an XL rain shower, a toilet, a sink with ample counter space, towels, and a hair dryer. A washing machine is also available for your use. Another plus is the guest restroom with an urinal. The “aktivCARD Bavarian Forest” is an all-inclusive guest card that gives you free access to over 130 amenities. These services include, among others: free admission to outdoor and indoor swimming pools, ski lifts, museums, the zoo, the treetop trail, e-bike rentals, and much more… Please note: additional costs include the visitor’s tax, the barrel sauna, and the electric vehicle charging station. Bedding, towels, dish towels, cleaning supplies, and final cleaning are included in the price. Basic supplies such as coffee/tea, salt/pepper, vinegar/oil, sugar, as well as toilet paper and soap are provided in the apartment. You’re also welcome to borrow our two e-bikes (mountain bikes) free of charge. Please note: Additional costs include the visitor’s tax and the e-bike charging station. Bed linens, towels, dish towels, cleaning supplies, and final cleaning are included in the price. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Key pickup: In person; if you arrive later, the key will be left in the safe. Crib available upon request. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house. Tourist tax: Free for children under 12; 1 EUR per day for ages 12–16; 2 EUR per day for those 16 and older. EV charging station for a fee: Wall-Box 0.35 EUR per kW. We provide the “aktivCard Bayrischer Wald” exclusively for our guests. Please be considerate of other guests—quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.! Please leave the apartment swept clean on the day of departure. No parties or events. No commercial photography. Please dispose of your trash.
