Villa Brajkovic is located in Rovinj in a quiet location surrounded by lush vegetation but still 15 minutes walk from the old town and 200m from the sea, perfect for a family holiday.
The villa has outside a pool and offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
3 private parking places are available within the facility.

Villa Brajkovic has outside a pool and airconditioning in all bedrooms and can welcome up to 6 persons.
In two bedrooms there are queen size beds and in one bedroom there's possibility to separate queen size bed to 2 single beds (bedroom with TV).
Kitchen has dishwasher, oven, electric and gas stove and microwave. Also water heater, coffee machine, filter coffee, moka and toaster.
The outside bathroom has a washing machine. Living room has SAT/SMART TV which you can turn locations depends on your sitting area.

After a long day at the old town Rovinj or a good swimm at the beach just 200m from the apartment, you can relax on our lovely terrace with outside pool and grill with your family.
Outside shower, toilet and a sink, are also there for more comfortable time while spending time at the terrace/pool.

Across the house is beautiful lush vegetation and just 200m from the house is beautiful (kids friendly) beach with the view of the old town Rovinj.
City center and old town Rovinj is just on 15 min walking distance (great to avoid center parking places since they are hard to find during the summer season).
There is a coffee bar, restaurant and bakery nearby.

Please be aware that we are next to vegetation and that there is pollen, especially in the spring months. For this reason, the arrival of allergy sufferers is not recommended, especially in April and May.
