Villa Amalia offers 400 m² of space for 10 people in 5 harmoniously furnished bedrooms with bathrooms. 3 rooms have king-size beds and 2 rooms have 2 single beds. One en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, while the other separate bathrooms have showers. There is also a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 10, a separate room with fridge and freezer.



The villa also has a studio outside the building, where there is another kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In the basement of the villa there is a bedroom, a laundry room, a wine bar, a fitness room and a wellness area. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a beautiful pool measuring 5.5 x 9.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep, which is equipped with counter-current swimming. Eight sun loungers surround the pool, while the entire garden is surrounded by a stone wall. 6 car parking spaces, a tennis court and an outdoor barbecue are also available to our guests.

The deposit will be paid in cash upon arrival and the host, if everything is in order, will return it to the guest's account 5 days after check-out.**Check-in: 17:00 / Check-out: 10:00 each additional hour is 200 .*** An extra bed/guest costs 100 per night per person.



Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.



Please note that this property only accepts youth groups or stag/hen parties upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. If you are a youth group or stag party, you will be asked to pay the deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage caused to the accommodation during your stay will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned to you.
