Stayed a few nights
We stayed here for four nights while helping my parents with their estate sale, and it was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect—just a few minutes from my parents’ house, which made everything so convenient.
The studio was cozy, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. It was stocked with everything we needed, including dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave, making it easy to settle in.
We also appreciated the side yard where our dogs could explore, and there was plenty of room inside for their dog bed. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient stay, and we would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Prescott.

Excellent communication. The studio was perfect for what we needed clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept great. The whole space had such a peaceful vibe. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We needed more shelving for our luggage etc. An over the toilet shelving would have given us a place to put toiletries, etc. A towel rack would be useful. Could have used grab bars in the shower area. Carpet needs to be retaped to the floor as it's a trip hazard. Pillows were very firm, but we bought some that were softer at Walmart. The entrance door has a cute window but no way to cover it, so the light shined all night. The back yard needs lighting and needs to have some of the junk removed. The sidewalk is broken and a trip hazard. But we loved the location and the weather was great.
