The space
Villa Guaduales is located inside the gated Fincas Panaca country condominium, which offers controlled entry and 24/7 security.

The heart of the villa is its expansive covered terrace, which opens toward the private pool, heated jacuzzi, tropical gardens, and beautiful bamboo grove. Begin your morning with Colombian coffee and birdsong, relax in a hammock as the bamboo sways in the breeze, gather around the table for a home-cooked meal, or spend the afternoon swimming and enjoying the warm Quindío climate.

Terracotta floors, exposed brick, natural wood, bamboo accents, colorful flowers, and inviting indoor-outdoor spaces reflect the character of Colombia’s Coffee Region. Every corner of the villa offers a sense of serenity, warmth, and connection with nature.

The villa is never shared with another group.
The main entrance is equipped with a smart lock. Each reservation receives a personalized access code, allowing guests to arrive independently without having to collect, carry, or return physical keys.

PERSONALIZED HOSTING
Your experience at Villa Guaduales will be warm and personalized from beginning to end.
As your host, I will be available throughout the reservation process to answer questions, calls, share local recommendations, and help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, making communication easier for guests visiting from different parts of the world.

Your stay includes the support of a dedicated house attendant and cook from 8am to 4pm, who can help keep the villa comfortable and prepare delicious home-style meals. You are responsible for purchasing groceries, and meal preferences can be coordinated before or during the stay. We have a menu with ideas!

GUEST ACCESS

For check-in, you must send us a photo of the IDs of all guests on the reservation at least 24h before arrival.
To enter, you will check in at the subdivision's gate, where the security team will confirm your ID, let you inside the condominium, and point out the location of the house. Our House attendant will receive you at the Villa until 4pm, arrivals after that time will let yourself in with the door keycode.

PARQUE LOS ARRIEROS — APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES
A cultural and entertainment park celebrating the traditions of Colombia’s arrieros, or muleteers, through music, humor, performances, and family activities.
PARQUE DEL CAFÉ — APPROXIMATELY 35 MINUTES
One of the region’s best-known attractions, combining coffee culture, traditional performances, scenic landscapes, and amusement rides for both children and adults.
ARMENIA — APPROXIMATELY 40–45 MINUTES
The capital of Quindío offers shopping centers, restaurants, museums, parks, medical services, and convenient connections to attractions throughout the department.
FILANDIA — APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES
A charming and colorful Coffee Region town known for its traditional architecture, artisan shops, cafés, restaurants, viewpoints, and peaceful atmosphere.
SALENTO — APPROXIMATELY 55–60 MINUTES
One of the Coffee Region’s most iconic towns, with colorful colonial streets, artisan shops, traditional restaurants, lively plazas, and beautiful mountain scenery.
RECUCA — APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES
An immersive coffee experience where visitors can learn about the journey from seed to cup and discover the traditions of Colombian coffee growers through hands-on activities.
VALLE DE COCORA — APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR 10–20 MINUTES
A spectacular mountain valley known for its towering wax palms, scenic hiking trails, horseback riding, and some of Quindío’s most unforgettable landscapes.
BIOPARQUE UKUMARÍ — APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES

Spend the day exploring, then return to Villa Guaduales for a swim, a warm jacuzzi, dinner on the terrace, and a peaceful evening beside the bamboo grove.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

HEATED JACUZZI
One jacuzzi heating cycle is included each day for approximately two hours.
Guests may select their preferred starting time between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please coordinate the desired time with the house attendant so the jacuzzi can be prepared for your group.

REGISTERED GUESTS
For condominium security and accurate reservation pricing, only the guests included in the confirmed Airbnb reservation will be authorized to enter and stay at the villa.
Any additional overnight guests or pets must be reported in advance and added to the reservation through Airbnb. The villa’s maximum occupancy must always be respected.
When booking, please enter the correct total number of guests and pets so Airbnb can calculate the applicable price.

DAY VISITORS
Visitors are permitted only with prior approval and are subject to a per-person day-pass fee.
Approved visitors may enjoy the property between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Anyone remaining after 8:00 p.m. will be considered an overnight guest and must be added to the Airbnb reservation, subject to maximum occupancy and the corresponding additional charge.

PET-FRIENDLY STAYS
We are happy to welcome:
* Up to two small dogs up to 25lbs, or
* One large dog above 25lbs
Cats are not permitted.
All dogs must be included in the Airbnb reservation because an additional pet fee applies.
To enter the condominium, guests must present a current vaccination record for each dog at the security entrance.
Pet owners are responsible for supervising their dogs and for any damage or additional cleaning associated with their stay.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
A safe deposit box is available inside the villa so guests can store passports, documents, and other personal belongings with greater peace of mind.

All registered guests are covered during their reservation by a hotel assistance policy.
Available services, coverage limits, conditions, and exclusions are subject to the assistance provider’s terms and conditions.

NATURE AND SAFETY
Villa Guaduales is surrounded by abundant tropical vegetation. Guests may occasionally see birds, insects, or small wildlife around the property. This is a natural part of staying in Colombia’s Coffee Region.
Children must always be supervised around the swimming pool, jacuzzi, terraces, stairs, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
