Spend an unforgettable vacation with your family or friends in this spacious villa, which offers entertainment for both children and adults.<br>The villa is just 4 km from the tourist town of Rabac, where visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities.<br>Villa Antonija is a modern villa equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The villa is situated on the green hills between the tourist town of Rabac and the old town of Labin. This quiet area is ideal for enjoying nature. It’s up to you whether you go biking, take a walk, or simply relax by the pool.<br>The villa is situated on a 1,900 m² lot. The living area is approximately 250 m² and offers space for a large family or group of friends (up to 10 adults).<br>Outdoor amenities include: private parking for 4 cars, a 42-square-meter private pool with 8 lounge chairs, patio furniture, a large grill with a wooden table for 10 people, a ping-pong table, and a children’s playground.<br>On the first floor, the light-filled living room serves as the heart of the home. A large LCD satellite TV and a pool table provide entertainment, while a fireplace with a viewing window creates a cozy atmosphere. <br>The modern, well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a range with a convection oven and a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a sink, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses, and cutlery. We also offer a wine cooler stocked with local wines that you can purchase. <br>The first floor also features a wellness area with a hot tub (for 6 people), a sauna, and a hydromassage shower, as well as a fitness area, a game room (table soccer, darts), a restroom, and a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and private bathroom.<br>On the upper floor, there are 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a room with a washing machine. All three rooms are equipped with a TV, a double bed, and a private bathroom.
