Have a fun-filled day at Cherry Grove Beach, located just over five miles away.



When you need a break from the sun, the air-conditioned interior of your stay features a pleasing color palette, comfortable furnishings, and all of the amenities you love to have while on vacation. Settle down on the living room's soft seating while catching up on your favorite shows, or utilize the well-equipped kitchen's ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The condo was comfortable and the pool was nice.

Such a quiet nice neighborhood, all the neighbors were so kind and welcoming too! Definitely would go back

I had a mixed experience. The home was very clean but the bathrooms smelled like cigarettes. The screens on the balcony were damaged. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. There was only 1 extra garbage bag. I did appreciate the complimentary dishwasher detergent. Some salt, and pepper would have been nice. Also maybe some kpods and sweetners would be a good little extra. The beds are very extremely firm. The surrounding area has lots to offer.

However, we apologize for the issues you encountered, including the cigarette smell in the bathrooms, the damaged balcony screens, and the limited availability of extra garbage bags. Please note that items like condiments, coffee and filters, foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, and specialized cookware are not provided. We regret to learn that the beds weren't as comfortable as you hoped. We understand the importance of a good night's rest, and comfort can be quite subjective, varying from guest to guest. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience in the future.

Worst Rental ExperienceUpon entering the unit, we immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke or ashes. The carpet near the dining area was extremely dirty, with various stains throughout the unit, including the bedrooms. We were told that the lock on the door from the main bedroom to the second-floor balcony was broken but should not be a concern as the balcony was “screened in.” However, there were no screens, creating both a safety issue and an unusable space during mosquito season. The balcony ceiling fan was missing 2 of its 5 blades and wobbled dangerously. Lastly the sheets on one of the single beds had a disturbing red / brown stain. We promptly sent photos to the host and VRBO requesting a full refund, but the request was denied. The host later in the evening offered another property, but it had only one bedroom for our group of two couples and was outside the area where we needed to stay, so it was not a suitable alternative. After securing other accommodations, we left first thing in the morning and advised the host accordingly. Despite repeated requests, the host eventually offered only a partial refund after deducting VRBO fees, the cost of our one-night stay, and a cleaning fee for the night we spent there (unbelievable!) We believe a full refund is warranted. I do not know who manages the property, but I strongly recommend an in-person inspection. The unit has potential, which makes the condition we encountered unfortunate.
