Escape to Rogue River Reserve, a one-of-a-kind Southern Oregon retreat set on 146.18 private acres with nearly 1/2 mile of Rogue River frontage. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom home is one side of a duplex, offering privacy and comfort while providing access to the incredible amenities found throughout the Reserve. The neighboring one-bedroom is also available to rent, making it easy to accommodate extended families, friends, or larger groups.
Spend your days fishing for salmon and steelhead on the legendary Rogue River, or cast a line into our approximately 6-acre private bass pond, stocked with largemouth bass and complete with a canoe and kayaks for guests to enjoy. Cool off in the shared saltwater swimming pool, explore the property's trails, watch wildlife, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Ideally located in the heart of Southern Oregon, Rogue River Reserve is just a scenic drive from Crater Lake National Park, world-class rafting, hiking, wineries, and countless outdoor adventures.

My wife and I spent our early years traveling the West Coast, working with horses and meeting people along the way. Later, she became a nurse and I became a contractor, and we eventually settled here looking for a place where we could get back to our roots and raise our kids in a great environment. Rogue River Reserve has given us that—horses, the outdoors, the river and the opportunity to welcome people again. Hosting lets us share a place and a way of life that have become very special to our family.

We chose this area because it gave us the space and resources to create the life we wanted for our family. The property’s water rights, open land and room to roam were a big part of what drew us here. We also loved having multiple homes on the property, giving us space for relatives to live nearby and a place to welcome friends and guests. It offered the rare combination of water, space, family and community we had been looking for.
