The Space:

Set back among the trees and located just steps from Big Creek (a seasonal creek that crosses the property), this fully updated home is your gateway to all the fun and natural beauty in Groveland! Venture out to discover a number of popular attractions including scenic parks and hiking trails, the Stanislaus National Forest Vista: Rim of the World, Rainbow Pool, Wards Ferry Bridge, and the Black Oak Casino.



Inside this comfortable, single-level home, discover a gleaming, contemporary kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep easy during your stay. Dine at the pub-height table for four, and then settle into the living area where you can get a fire going in the fireplace and then stream all your favorite channels or play some games on the provided Xbox. Two inviting bedrooms offer great comfort, and there is also a high quality queen Sealy blow-up mattress in the guest bedroom closet for extra sleeping space.



This property also features a peaceful and private backyard, a washer/dryer, cooling central air-conditioning for warm summer days. Fishing poles, a tackle box, a skateboard, extra outdoor chairs, and a cornhole game are stored in the garage for added fun.

Beautiful cabin nestled on a quiet and cozy street. The home is immaculate and well decorated. The communication with our host was excellent, and he even accommodated a last-minute change of dates for our arrival. It’s such a treat to rent a home that feels like home!

Lovely weekending in a great Cabin and Town.

We had a great time in Groveland staying at this Cabin. The cabin was charming, clean, and up to date. Close drive to the Resort/Spa, Hetch Hetchy, Downtown Groveland, and of course Yosemite.

Perfect weekend in a great house

House was great, neighborhood was great, kitchen was well stocked with supplies and all the updated appliances made cooking fun. Overall it was perfect and we would stay here again.

Great house!

Our friends and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jordan Oak. We would come back in a heart beat. Close to downtown Groveland, The Grill (clubhouse) and a short drive to Yosemite Valley.

Enhanced our California trip

This place had all the amenities we needed and more. Home away from home. Directions to the home via text would have been helpful to guide us to the entrance of the gated community. Overall though we had a great experience.

Nice house with inconvenient location

House was nice but getting to it was a pain. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. If you plan on cooking, bring everything you’ll need.

Excellent property, unexpected fee and wrong address

The property is excellent. A cute little house, clean and neat, very well stocked and equipped kitchen. This is a property located inside a gated community, which isn't clear from the listing.Two issues:- The address given in the check-in email was wrong. It led us to an owners-only gate. We had to backtrack to the correct address in the pitch black.- The organization that runs this gated community, which includes amenities like tennis courts and swimming pools, charges a mandatory 50 fee to all short-term renters, renewed every 7(?) days. This wasn't disclosed in the listing.
