This light-filled one-room apartment features a floor-to-ceiling window that offers a sweeping view of the dune to the west—sunset included. The warm, natural tones of the interior create a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to its sheltered location—slightly set back in the basement and right next to the dune—the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer and cozy and warm in the winter.
A special highlight is the beach chair reserved just for you by the sea, only a few steps away (approx. April through October).

The spacious living and sleeping area (approx. 26 m²) is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a Teufel digital radio with 360° sound and Bluetooth. The dining area features design classics. The wide west-facing window extends across the entire width of the living area and invites you to linger with an upholstered windowsill, a cozy reading chair, and a fine selection of books. The open kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The entryway includes spacious wardrobes and a coat rack. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.
