Excellent location right off Eagle Beach & outstanding apartment amenities . First class appliances & well appointed kitchen.Communication with rental agency was outstanding and very responsive.Only negative was mattress in main bedroom which was really subpar compared to the rest of the unit.

We absolutely loved our stay in Aruba from September 15–23! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place to enjoy our vacation.The condo was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the location and being so close to Aruba’s gorgeous Eagle Beach. Waking up each day and knowing we were just steps away from that beautiful water and sunshine made our stay even more special.Aruba is truly a beautiful and happy place, and staying at such a wonderful condo made our vacation even better. We felt completely relaxed and at home throughout our entire stay.We were so happy with everything and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made some wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!Thank you for helping make our Aruba vacation so wonderful. Five stars all the way — we loved every minute of our stay!

We were welcomed by the house manager and really appreciated the option to have our groceries picked up and put away before we arrived. That was so nice after a long travel day.The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe and secure. The home was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked. Our family enjoyed the pool and comfortable beds. The beach chairs and towels were appreciated as well.Our only suggestions would be to update the indoor and outdoor furniture and to add a key pad lock instead of using physical keys to enter and lock the doors.

Just wonderful!

Could really not have asked for anything better.. plenty of room for two couples, close to beach, good restraunts..we felt very comfortable. The pool was kept very nice. Loved the location!

Great Stay

The house was great. Very comfortable, well kept up, and contained everything we needed. Matthew was great and made sure everything went very smoothly. It's close to everything and the pool is great. I'll definitely be back.

absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an absolutely amazing place to stay. The condo was immaculate. Nice size bedrooms. The view of the pool was breathtaking especially at night with the lights in the pool changing colors. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Can take bus anywhere on the island which is what we did. Anna, Matthew and crew couldnt do enough for us. Anna thank you for all you did for Rich and me. It was greatly appreciated. Already discussing our trip for next year.

We loved it here!

What a perfect location! It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the grocery store (you can get a cab back if you have a lot of groceries). Since so much is walkable, and the cab service is great, Matthew suggested we only rent a car for a couple of days to explore the island and that was great advice. It was quite a savings and we got to see so much of the island on foot as well (great for my FitBit steps!). Matthew and Anna were excellent with communication, always in a timely manner. The condo itself is quiet, very comfortable, with plenty of towels and all the equipment you need in the kitchen. They have a book with instructions for everything you can think of. I would rent from them again without hesitation. It was a wonderful vacation!

Our week in Aruba

As long time visitors to Aruba we knew our recent visit would be fun. However, it was made that much more enjoyable because we rented a beautiful villa in Tierra Del Sol through Matt and Anna Smilie and their company. Signing up for the rental was very simple, the price was extremely reasaonable and the process through arrival was easy. When we arrived we were greeted by their staff at the house. The place was immaculate. They showed us all of the features and were very knowledgable about the property, answering all of our questions. They even made sure there were beach chairs and a grill as we had requested. On the day we were leaving Matt met us at the house, went through to view conditions and we were off to the airport,. We received a credit of our security deposit just 2 hours later. Never saw that before. We highly reccomend using Matt and Anna of You Need A Vacation Rentals if you are looking to plan a vacation in Aruba. Mike & Linda

Perfect!!!

We stayed at this two bedroom, two full bath condo and it was absolutely perfect. The complex is approximately one block from the beach and around two miles from the "high rise" hotels. The beach by the condo has everything that the beaches by the high rise hotels have, but they're much less crowded. The condo looks brand new (because it is) and is clean and in excellent condition. The bedrooms are a good size and have a lot of closet space. Each bedroom also has large TVs as well. The bathrooms are beautiful. There's one off of the master bedroom and a second bathroom accessible from the main living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses and silverware. There's also a dishwasher. Everything is very new and in great shape. There's a washer/dryer as well. We made very good use of it! There's a large balcony which has a view of the pool as well as the ocean in the distance. There's a large grocery store which is a two minute drive from the condo. By the way, renting a car is a must. You'll find getting around in Aruba very easy.

Perfect week in Aruba

We just returned from a perfect week in Aruba and once again, we used Aruba Villa Vacation Homes and stayed in the beautiful Terra del Sol property. As before, we contacted Annie from the car rental by the airport to let her know we'd arrived and she met us at the house we'd rented. The house was exactly as the pictures represented on the website, the showers powerful and hot; the kitchen well stocked with utensils (including the all important corkscrew and bottle openers!) We initially had some troubles with the internet (which to be honest, I think was our fault) and Annie stayed with us to help us fix it and even brought a backup system just in case. Annie's amazing!! and we used the internet every day without fail. The house is lovely, clean and uncluttered. The property backs on to a thin wedge of Arubian nature just before the golf course, and we woke early every morning to watch the sunrise from the outdoor seating area with coffees in hand. We really had the sense that it was just us and Aruba; the property is that quiet and private. Terra del Sol is a gated community located in the north of the island, close to the prosperous Malmok area and public beaches. Everyone we met, from the gardeners to the security staff were exceptionally friendly and the community itself is beautifully landscaped. As Terra del Sol is only 5 minutes or so from the highrise hotel area, we usually went there to enjoy the night life and shopping. We went to Oranjestad (15 minute drive) to visit old friends and to ride the new trolley (twice!) we'd been hearing so much about. We had a lovely vacation, and I'm already planning our return! With many thanks to Annie and the rest of the team.

Loved Everything About This Place!

Before we booked this condo, we read the reviews, like we always do, before we stay somewhere new. We read some complaints about the building construction next door, and Morgan’s abandoned water - park behind the condo. I’m not quite sure what they were complaining about. Sure the workers worked during the day, and quit at 5 or so. Big deal. This is how progression works. How will new places be built if people aren’t working on them?? It wasn’t a problem. We actually enjoyed watching the progression on our down time. And the abandoned water part, not a big deal. It’s in the back of the condominiums, so you never saw it. The condo was just as we saw in the pictures, and read in the description of this property. It was very clean when we arrived. And the decorations were amazing! Everything you needed was available in this condo. Plenty of dishes and cookware, and plenty of towels for bathing, and swimming. Beach chairs are also available for rent at a very reasonable price for the week. If you have a teenager that will be coming with, or someone that needs to be connected while on vacation, no worries… they have free WIFI… Please remember that this a condo that you are renting, and not a hotel, or a timeshare. You will need to bring your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoo…etc. Which we always do, so it’s not a problem for us. The property was beautiful, and very safe. It is a gated condominium with 24 hour security and the security guards at the gate, were friendly and very informative. The pool was refreshing and a great place to wind down in the evening after a long day of adventures or just being at the beach. There are lights in the pool, so you can swim any time. There are also grills available for use as well, which worked out great, because my sister and her family joined us on this vacation, and rented the room right next to ours, so we had a cook out one night. The condo is right across the street from Eagle Beach. You can walk there. I would recommend walking down the beach away from the jet-skis. They seem to rule that area and you are always in their way. Just walk a little ways more, and there aren’t very many people, or Jet Skis to worry about. Matthew and Anna were great! Communication back and forth was great. They answered all our questions and gave us some ideas for great restaurants. They are a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend Oasis Condominiums to everyone.
