TOP 3 - Modernes Apartment in Best Lage
Nestled in the heart of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena lies the newly built Alpenzauber Apartments Berwang by Monteviva. The apartment is located on the first floor, right next to the Sonnalm Lift, in an absolutely prime ski-in/ski-out location in the ski resort of Berwang. The apartment measures approximately 94 m² and features a spacious 17 m² balcony. It faces south and offers a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains.
This newly built, exclusive apartment is furnished in a modern Alpine style. Natural and regional materials were used wherever possible in its construction. The apartment features three bedrooms, three bathrooms (some en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining area. The highlight of the apartment is the wellness bathroom with its own Finnish sauna.
