On the cozy, nicely furnished rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a relaxed vacation breakfast and end the evening comfortably with a glass of wine.

This dreamy holiday apartment has sloping ceilings with a very high gable, giving you a spacious and open feel throughout the apartment. The bright roof terrace with views of the nature reserve adds its own charm.

You can relax in the living and dining area, and the open, connected, charming kitchen gives you the chance to whip up holiday treats or just a nice breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a drip coffee maker and a kettle.

All rooms are very bright, and the apartment's color scheme is thoughtfully designed – it's a feast for the eyes, and you can feel completely comfortable.

The living and dining area is complemented by another room: the bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and is comfortably furnished. If you want to bring children or additional guests, there is the option to pull out the sofa for a cozy sleeping space.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, sink, and toilet. Thanks to the large skylight, you get both good ventilation and plenty of light to get ready for your holiday days.

The apartment comes with a free parking space and free Wi-Fi.

And the best part about the lake, the lakeside location, is truly included with this apartment. In just under a 3-minute walk, you’ll be at Lake Constance. You can choose long walks along the beach, fun swimming and water sports, or take the boat and cruise across the lake to various other sights in the nearby area.

For holidaymakers with a dog, the apartment is also perfect: the walk starts right at the doorstep!

In the area, you have great shopping options, fantastic restaurants, and can choose between different beach resorts on the Höri.
If you feel like cycling, we recommend the two e-bike rental shops on the Höri, and then it’s time to enjoy the designated cycling routes.
On one side, the Höri has charming little towns that line the entire waterside like a string of pearls, and on the other side, there's lots of nature, forest, and meadows.

Our guests appreciate the ideal location of the Höri, because from here you can reach Switzerland in just a few minutes by car, for example the gem Stein am Rhein or, a bit further, the roaring waterfall in Schaffhausen.
But you can also quickly get to the island of Reichenau, the island of Mainau, or SeaLife in Konstanz, in Meersburg, or at Hohentwiel in Singen, the largest and truly impressive castle ruin in Germany.
