We absolutely loved everything about this little oasis. The kitchen had everything we needed and the counter space was great. We have friends in the area, and when they came over, it was the perfect space to socialize while cooking and relaxing. It was great to have a sturdy beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs provided. Fun times were had at the pool (it's a bit small but we just needed to cool off so it was perfect for us). The place was very clean and just a short walk to the beach each day. The trolley stops right at the corner. There is plenty of parking space and it's very easy to get in and out. I highly recommend this place!

We love Anna Maria Island and this house was great! Had lots of essentials we didn’t have to go get, and the pool was great!

The private pool with shady nook as well as spot for beach umbrella on ledge was fantastic. Lots of open space in the unit itself which was nicely appointed with plenty of beach towels. The two baths and 2 parking spots are big pluses. And having the option of twin beds or putting them together as a king is a great option for flexibility depending on your group and preferences. so convenient to everything. Sara was super helpful and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues and she was very quick to respond and handle them. Would highly recommend this unit and working with Sara! Hope to stay here again.

Two relaxing stay!

The property and location are perfect for a getaway on AMI. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property! Very well maintained and close to all the local restaurants and shops.

We had the best time ! House and property very well maintained . There was some problem with the air our 2nd day there. I sent a message to property manager just l to let them now. It was working just not getting to set temperature. Literally in minutes the owner had an air guy out to see what was going on. I would definitely rent from this management company and owner again. The only thing I wish I could do differently is give them a higher rating!

Great Home and Location

We loved our stay and hope to return. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed days at the pool and time on the beach. You will not regret staying here!

Super clean, great location- 5-ish minute walk to beach and walking-distance to many restaurants, and very well-stocked! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us, Sara!!

Wonderful home in AMI!

This house was perfect! We had such a great time and it was one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in - so well stocked - towels, beach toys, kitchen and bath supplies, etc. and all in good shape. The location was great and the owner was very helpful and communicative in advance. We would definitely stay here again in the future - thank you!!!

Beautiful home, close to beach!

This house is beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The pool is perfect for a dip after the beach! Host had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of beach stuff and towels. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay in Anna Maria!!

Just right!

We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us! The property was just right , it had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the pool with such warmer temperatures this week. We hope to be back again next year! We truly love AMI!

Great Property and Manager

Great place and great manager. It was cold when we visited but after a few tries she was able to make it so we could swim during our stay. Tons of beach toys/chairs umbrellas etc. Responsive within minutes usually. Strongly recommend her property.

A Perfect Spot!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was not only quaint and beautiful, but it was also in an awesome location with tons of beach perks to use! They had everything you’d need for some wonderful days at the beach! The pool was fantastic and refreshing! The house setup was ideal and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend Sara’s home! Our family can’t wait to return next year!

We stayed here 2 weeks. Everything was perfect. The host, Cathy, was great and was excellent with communications. Great property location with restaurants, shopping and the beach a short walk. We used the pool every day as the pool temp was nice and warm. A perfect stay. Thank You

Best vacation

The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated and updated. The pool area was perfect for my 5 year old. We didn’t have to pack any beach chairs or umbrellas because it was all provided. This was our first trip to AMI and we had a blast between the beach and the pool. They also allowed us to bring our bigger dog, while most places have weight restrictions. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it here.

Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely spot on Anna Maria Island. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. Just a short walk to the beach. Very nice backyard with a pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Great communication with Cathy the property manager. We had no issue at all but Cathy checked in to make sure we were good. I would definitely stay here again. Love the AMI vibe!
