Niedliche Villa Kunterbunt 2 Etagen - MTB Welcome!

With its two wooden balconies, this 100-year-old house resembles Villa Kunterbunt. The interior is stylishly and comfortably furnished. The village consists of about 16 houses, including 2 farms and 2 horse stables. The old town is just a few minutes away by car or bike, or a 15-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest with a small lake, gravel paths, and fields. Great MTB area on the Braunenberg! The Bucher Stausee recreational area is nearby (about 10 km). The cottage, measuring about 90 square meters, is ideal for families, couples, or as a temporary residence.
The accommodation

Fully equipped kitchen with oven and induction stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Cozy living room with an adjoining dining area.

Guest restroom on the first floor and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub upstairs.


Sleeping arrangements:

-A beautiful bedroom with exposed wooden beams upstairs, featuring a double bed (180x200 cm).
-A large, comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm) on the first floor.
-A bunk bed in the children’s room; the lower bunk can also accommodate an adult.
-And an additional small room with a bed (90x200) in the attic, accessible via the children’s room.

Beautiful wooden balconies on the house and a patio in the garden with a fire pit for grilling.
Guest access
All areas and access to the bike shed.

A linens package can be booked for 18 € per person. It consists of
-1 large towel

Information on mattress sizes (if you bring your own bedding):

-Double bed on the upper floor 180x200 cm
-Sofa bed on the first floor 140x200 cm
-Top bunk bed (only for one child up to approx. 14 years old) 90x200 cm, bottom 120x200 cm
-Bed in the attic 90x200 cm

A washing machine is available and costs 3 euros per load, including detergent.
