The house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern built-in appliances. In the luxurious living room, a cosy wood-burning stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Through the French doors, you can step straight into the garden and enjoy your own private jacuzzi. Underfloor heating in the living room adds an extra touch of comfort.


This modern, luxurious villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, especially with the beautiful North Holland beaches just a few minutes away by bicycle. In spring, you can enjoy the colourful surrounding flower fields, while day trips to Alkmaar or the island of Texel are easy to arrange. Even Amsterdam is less than an hour away by car.


The villa has been built with energy efficiency in mind. Solar panels generate the electricity needed for the property, and the house is completely gas-free, with heating provided by a heat pump. This allows you to enjoy your holiday with a reduced environmental footprint.


This beautiful, freshly decorated villa is located approximately 2 kilometres from the dune entrance leading to the magnificent, wide sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. A walking and cycling path takes you through the impressive stretch of dunes to the beach.


Your beloved four-legged friend is more than welcome! A maximum of two dogs are permitted at Villa Duinvink. The enclosed garden allows your dog to move around freely and safely. Parking is available directly at the house.
