The house has two vacation apartments: the 50-square-meter ground-floor apartment “Seeschwalbe” for 2 to 3 people and the 110-square-meter apartment “Lachmöwe” for up to 6 people. The house is situated on a 600-square-meter lot and is completely fenced in. There are three parking spaces in front of the house.
