Wild Bill's Cabin in the Woods that is so relaxing peaceful & get back to nature

Our cabin was built in memory of my father William Fleming fondly known as Wild Bill & you will make many wildlife memories when you stay here. Stepping into the cabin you will feel cool when it is hot & warm when cool due to the new ECO environmental construction & a wood burning fireplace that keeps everything cozy. Our Eco build also included 60% reused materials when possible.

Escape to our cozy back-to-nature private cabin, where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature without sacrificing comfort. Our cabin is located just a leisurely stroll from Isle Lake, set back into the trees overlooking a ravine. The cabin is fully equipped with electricity, running water, a private bathroom featuring both a private bathtub and shower with a separate double sink area that is accessible for easy use all during the three-season warm operating period. This bathroom is fully stocked with towels, bath mat, hand towels, bath products, shampoo, conditioner, paper supplies and body wash.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare & enjoy your meals. Just bring your own food, drinks & you’re set for a relaxing stay. BBQ on our covered deck overlooking our natural treed ravine & creek.

To help you start your mornings right, we provide a complimentary breakfast selection that includes fresh farm eggs, pancake/waffle mix, cereals, trail mix, coffee, tea, butter, real maple syrup and so much more. We supply a fridge with upper freezer, double burner hot plate, air-fryer, toaster oven, microwave, waffle iron, hot water kettle, set of 8 dishes, pots, cookie sheets, cast iron frying pan, frying pans, serving bowls, wine glasses & opener, kids plastic dishes, BBQ utensils, spices, oils, hot beverage center with coffee maker, cups, silverware, knives set, cutting boards, roaster pot, and picnic basket equipped for your romantic stroll to the lake with lunch.

Relax around the outdoor fire pit or curl up beside the indoor fireplace and know that we provide all the firewood you’ll need for your stay. We live on this 146 acres property and are always happy to help with anything you may need to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Enjoy the beautiful countryside as you stroll down to Isle Lake, read a book on the covered deck while the birds sing or snuggle around the fire-pit. The cabin is thoughtfully landscaped with flowers, berry bushes and plants that attract a variety of birds, wildlife and squirrels that love to tell you a story or two. Guests often enjoy listening to birds singing throughout the day so we put out many bird feeders, and we were even delighted to spot our first hummingbird at the cabin recently.

During the winter months, the cabin offers a more rustic, back-to-nature experience and even ice fishing tours you can book with us. This cabin in the woods has seasonal water service, a camping toilet is provided in the cabin, while showers and baths are available at the amenities building, accessible by a longer walk or a short drive in winter months.

We host many different farm animals and gardens on this vast abundant property other than all the regular wildlife. Chickens and our pigs keep everyone entertained and feed fresh farm eggs in a rainbow of colors. When in season we like to treat our guests to fresh garden produce starting in August and thru into October. Another seasonal treat is all the fresh berries to pick.
