The Anni Maier Guesthouse is idyllically situated on a sunny hill, surrounded by greenery. Guests greatly appreciate the peaceful location. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a balcony and lake view, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and satellite TV, including the Inclusive Card.

Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided.

V A C A T I O N A P A R T M E N T S: for two to three people
The vacation apartments are fully furnished, spacious, and feature a balcony with a lake view.
The apartments consist of a bedroom, a shower room, an entryway, and a kitchen-living room.
Bedding, towels, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi are provided. Also included are a parking space, a sunbathing area, the Millstätter
Inclusive Card, and an electric grill.
The nearest swimming beach (Dellach) is a two-minute drive away, and Millstatt is six minutes away.

Apartment for 3 people:
Kitchen-living room, bathroom, one single room, one double room, living room, and balcony with a lake view.


Apartment for 2 people:
Kitchen-living room, bathroom, balcony with lake view, and one double bedroom


Payment: Three nights’ payment in advance via bank transfer; the remainder also via bank transfer before the start of your vacation or in cash upon arrival.
No pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony and outside the house.
