This was such an amazing property. The lodge has plenty of room for large families to be together without being in top of each other. The property was clean, wll apointed, and beautifully decorated. Between the game room, sauna, hot tub, soaking pool, book, games, fire pit, and various outdoor seating areas, there is no shortage of things to do or places to hang out. The host was very sweet, and far exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay at the lodge again.

Great property for a family get away
This is a great property for a family getaway. The soaring ceilings and expansive views of the lake anchored by a fabulous fireplace add to the lodge feeling. The great room with kitchen, dining, and living room make a great family gathering place. We spent 4 days here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect!

House is beautiful and owners very responsiveNearby property manager Cathy’s a gem and came out immediately to assist and bring garbage bags and other supplies Small suggestion to cleaning people to stock house for longer stays We were there Thursday to Monday with only one extra roll of toilet paper for 4 peopleOwner very organizedOwner and Cathy met us to walk through the property which was unusual for a Vrbo but niceMany messages throughout house to put things back as organized which is fine but threatened to withhold deposit which did not exist as the house was fully paid for at the time of bookingI understand the need to keep things organized and keep the house in order but the multiple messages about consequences if we didn’t was a bit oddMessage regarding consequence if game pieces missingHouse is beautiful beautifully decorated and well stockedGreat location

Thanks for the review Rhonda! I'm sorry you felt there wasn't enough toilet paper. Typically 12 rolls of toilet paper works out nicely for guests staying with us 4 nights. However you're right, some guests may require more. We'll begin asking guests at check-in if they feel they require more. After reading your email, we reviewed the homes guest signage. We found one located at the stove, reminding guests that excessive grease and burnt food requires additional cleaning by housekeeping and the 2 other signs- the Departure Check-List and House Rules that are recommended by VRBO. Regardless of these hiccups, we're thrilled you enjoyed the home and your stay with us!

We formed Stay at Lake Geneva after curating a collection of vacation homes in the area. We've owned and managed vacation homes for over 10 years and are constantly improving and fine-tuning our rental process and Guest experience. Unlike many vacation homeowners, we have the means and experience, that many of our vacation home counterparts just don't possess. As former Commercial Real Estate professionals, we've done our fair share of traveling. This has certainly given us an advantage in knowing what it takes to have a memorable travel and lodging experience. We've gone out of our way to provide all the comforts of home while focusing on the details. This home is an unbelievable place to get away, relax and enjoy friends and family. It's the location of many of our own family reunions and get together with friends from all over the world. This is truly a special place. We hope you enjoy the Lodge as much as we do.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Clearview Lodge is a unique property that is best described by the feeling you get when you step into the door. Minutes from the charm of Downtown Lake Geneva, but far enough to enjoy nature at its best. The 25-foot vaulted ceilings give you the feeling of spaciousness, while the spruce ceiling and walls provide that cozy feeling of a Northwood's Lodge. From the home's decks and through the Great Room's wall to ceiling windows allows for a one of a kind view. This is a quality vacation home that is professionally decorated and managed.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Do you ever live or stay in a home and think..' it sure would be nice if this room was adjacent to this room? Or the kitchen layout would be so much better if it had this was instead of that? You'll find that this custom home has the most thoughtful and intuitive design layouts. The craftsmanship in this home is absolutely impeccable. The location of this home is also special. It sits at the end of a private road with nature out of every window. Minutes from downtown, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
