For periods of 2 days or less, there is a surcharge of £45 per stay for use of the hot-tub and £45 for use of the sauna which is payable by bank transfer prior to your stay. (Longer stay are on a request basis to understand the guest’s needs)

There is also electricity to charge your electric vehicles.

This is a beautiful 4000sqft house nestled within the countryside of the Rostrevor and Warrenpoint area.

There is onsite parking for upto 5 cars. The villages of resorevor and warrenpoint are approx 3 miles away and is a beautiful walk that will take approx 1 hour.

Alternativly it will take 15 - 20 minutes by bike and 10 minutes driving
