You’ll be staying in an energy-efficient home that was completed in early summer 2019. The ground-floor unit, “FeWo Am Teich,” was built to be wheelchair-accessible, featuring extra-wide doors and ample turning space in the bathroom and hallway. The upper vacation rental is particularly inviting for relaxation in the summer thanks to its huge sun deck. Both vacation rentals are new and modernly equipped. The vacation home is located in a quiet part of town, very close to the town center—about 600 meters away—and also just a short distance from the lake, approximately 400 meters away as the crow flies. Despite the proximity to downtown, you can always get out into nature quickly. Both apartments are smoke-free. However, smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace, as not everyone appreciates lingering smoke of any kind. The vacation rental features an open and modern layout. It is wheelchair-accessible inside and can be reached from the outside via a ramp at the building’s entrance. You can enjoy the garden and relax on the terrace. You’ll find restful sleep in a bedroom with a 160x200m bed and separate mattresses, and in the living room, you can sleep on a large sleeper sofa. Your vacation rental features the following highlights: Floor-to-ceiling windows with roller shutters, underfloor heating, LAN and USB outlets, a bathroom with natural light, a washer-dryer combo, wheelchair-accessible features (1m-wide doors, walk-in shower, shower stool), a large sleeper sofa, furnished terrace with a view of the garden and pond, a vacuum cleaner, and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine as well as a drip coffee maker. Both apartments are smoke-free. However, smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace, as not everyone enjoys secondhand smoke of any kind. Likewise, for various reasons, pets are not allowed in either apartment, even though we like animals.
