This beachfront vacation rental is located in a pleasant residential area and features a beautiful terrace. It’s in a quiet location, yet the city center is just a short walk away. You can reach the beach in just 5 minutes on foot via a pedestrian bridge. The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation.

It is a lovingly furnished apartment of approximately 53 square meters, suitable for up to 2 adults and 1 child. A spacious and inviting living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, and TV makes the space very cozy. From here, you can step out onto the sun terrace, which is surrounded by hedges and invites you to relax all day long. An outdoor awning is provided. From the living room, you can access the dining area and the open kitchen. It is fully equipped with dishes, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, as well as all the cooking utensils you’ll need.

The bedroom features a double bed with two separate mattresses (each 0.80 x 2.00) as well as a closet with ample storage space for your clothes.
The bathroom features light-colored tiles and a large window. It has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

This is a non-smoking apartment; small dogs are welcome upon request. In the summer, you can let your four-legged friend run free on the designated beach sections. From early October through late March, all beach sections are open to dogs.
The parking space is located right next to the house and is, of course, free of charge.
