The Scandinavian-style townhouse “Lykke & Lys” stands out for its unique architecture. It offers city-center living spread across three floors, and the beach is just 900 meters away.

The first floor features a guest restroom, an open-concept kitchen-living area, a dining nook, the living room with a smart TV, and access to the 25 m² terrace. The fully sheltered and very quiet backyard terrace is complemented by a beautiful sauna.

The stairs lead directly to the children’s room, which features an offset loft bed and plenty of space to play. For the little ones, we also provide a travel crib and a stair gate. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. This floor is completed by a spacious bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and a reading nook. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bathtub, a window, a toilet, and a sink.

During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach. It is located right next to the pier (May 15–September 15).
