The luxurious Lodge Deluxe Sea View is characterized by its direct beach location with beautiful sea views and can accommodate 6 people.The lodge has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), as well as a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a loft bed (74x200). In the living room there is also a sofa bed, which can accommodate one more person. The well-equipped kitchenette has a stove, crockery, cutlery, pots, an Italian Segafredo coffee machine including first capsules, and a refrigerator with ice compartment. The accommodation has two bathrooms, each with a sink, a shower, a toilet and bidet. The spacious and covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs - the ideal place to end an eventful day of swimming together with your loved ones. Barbecuing at the accommodations are also allowed, so that nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening together (you have to bring your own electric or gas grill). Satellite TV is available. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and there is a drying rack. Travel time from ital. Limit approx. 4h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in the season of your choice. Note: If for some reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please contact us before arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Here, too, departure is possible the day before. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
On this stretch of coast you will find all the amenities and services of a modern holiday resort. Both sun chairs and parasols (for rent) as well as a spacious free sandy beach are just as much a part of the offer as water sports: surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana and parasailing. In addition, the beach section 'Panda' offers a shaded picnic area, beach volleyball and bocce.
POOL
For guests of the holiday village, a total of nine swimming pools are available in the complex as an alternative to swimming in the sea. The swimming pools offer something for everyone. There is the Tropical Pool with a view of the sea and an integrated children's pool, the Maxim and Residence pools with waterfalls and water games, and the Penelope Pool with slides near the chalets. If you want more, you can let off steam in the water park with its four pools, two slides, a whirlpool, games for children and gym facilities for adults.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A whole range of entertainment programmes awaits you, adapted to both your age and your interests. At the Francesco Village, entertainment for young and old is already included and you do NOT pay for a club card. Enjoy your holiday by leaving everything to the professional entertainers. There are countless programmes at your disposal, from sports, fitness and excursions to dance classes, creative programmes for the little ones, as well as interesting evening programmes. Young guests are particularly pampered here. The village offers entertainment for all ages and has three different clubs: 1.Flinky Club from 3 to 8 years old; 2. Teen Club from 9 to 12 years old; 3. Be Free Club from 13 to 17 years old.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The animation team organises football, basketball, table tennis, volleyball and water polo tournaments for teenagers aged 9-13 (Junior Club) and adults over 14 years old. You can also take part in various courses: windsurfing, sailboat, tennis, swimming. The animation team proposes an exclusive programme, with entertainment and fun for all tastes and ages. You can entrust your children to the experienced childcare staff so that they can participate in the Flinky Club (ages 3-6), Teen Club (ages 7-10) or Be Free Club (ages 11-15). Every evening, guests are offered various shows and performances.

The holiday village has a supermarket with meat, fish, food and bakery department, bazaar, tobacco, boutique, newsagent, photo shop and souvenir shop.
CATERING�PGJyPgThe apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and a fridge. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you can also take advantage of half or American plan at advantageous conditions. You are welcome to book these on site (advance booking is not necessary).

Pets are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking.
SPECIALS�PGJyPgA doctor is available daily in the village. In his practice, he measures and regulates blood pressure, treats small wounds, burns, treats travel sickness and complaints caused by climate and dietary changes. In the case of more serious problems, which we hope will never occur, there is a hospital in Caorle, just 5 km from the village.

Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita belong to Caorle, but are located a little away from the city. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need in the two villages. Duna Verde offers a lot of green space, which invites you to take leisurely walks or bike rides. Both places have their own beach section and are separated from the city of Caorle by the Livenza river. If you like to visit museums, you will find some in the villages and do not have to travel far.
