Cozy modern chalet close to the beach

Our modern chalet offers all the comforts you need for a dream vacation at the beach.<br>The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are various dining options on the beach (restaurant, pavilion, or club).<br><br>Our chalet has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160 x 200) and 2 single beds (80 x 200)).<br><br>The living room with an open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a large TV with cable, a fully equipped kitchen, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. If the weather turns cooler, the chalet can be heated using central heating (gas boiler) and radiators in all rooms.<br>There is excellent Wi-Fi reception (fiber-to-the-home), and usage is included in the price.<br><br>The shed contains patio furniture and cushions, 4 bicycles (1 men’s bike, 3 women’s bikes/Dutch bikes), beach games, etc. These are simple bikes suitable for a ride into town. Professional bikes for longer cycling tours are available from local bike rental shops.<br><br>The outdoor area features a beautifully landscaped terrace with a lounge area complete with cushions, a dining table and chairs for 4 people, as well as additional seating and a large umbrella. Of course, a grill (Weber gas grill) is a must.<br><br>There’s plenty to discover, including activities at the amusement park, the town of Renesse, local restaurants, beach life, the Grevelingermeer with its surfing and sailing school, and the Grol riding stable. We’ve put together an information folder with lots of details, but we’re also happy to answer any questions you may have.<br><br>Please note: You must bring your own bed linens and towels.<br>Charging electric cars directly at the chalet is prohibited for insurance reasons. There is a charging station in the vacation park’s parking lot.<br><br>On the day of arrival, the chalet is available starting at 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays and holidays) or 3:00 p.m. (all other weekdays). On the day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. (Saturdays and holidays) or 11:00 a.m. (all other weekdays), and left in a clean and tidy condition.<br><br>Please note: Starting in 2027, the vacation park will charge a fee for the use of the park’s facilities per person per night (2.50 EUR for adults, 2.40 EUR per teenager (ages 13–17), and 2.30 EUR per child (ages 3–12)). These fees, as well as the local visitor’s tax, are to be paid directly to the vacation park.
