Our cozy attic apartment offers space for 1-6 people. The living and dining room with access to the balcony (Danube view) invites you to linger. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, on which the 5th and 6th person can spend the night. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and a separate additional guest toilet complete the overall picture. In addition, you will find a room with a washing machine and storage space in the apartment. Please note that pets are not allowed. The Wi-Fi and the parking lot in front of the house can be used free of charge. The bicycles can be stored in the lockable annex. After booking confirmation, immediately by bank transfer 30% of the rental price. The remaining payment is made on site on arrival in cash. No card payment possible. Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Departure is possible until 10:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor's tax of 2.00 euros per person (from 18 years)/night and 1.00 euros for children and young people (6 to 18 years)/night will be charged on site. A cot can be provided free of charge on request. The basic price includes bed linen, towels, parking in front of the house and Wi-Fi.
