Our complex consists of 6 interconnected buildings. The first floor features several shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as wheelchair-accessible vacation apartments.
Starting on the first floor, there are additional vacation apartments of various sizes and amenities, some with beautiful ocean views. An elevator will gladly take you to the upper floors.

Spend a relaxing vacation in our vacation rental right by the beach. Here you’ll enjoy plenty of space, a cozy atmosphere, and the perfect setting for relaxing days by the sea—your pet is also welcome.

The apartment features three separate bedrooms, offering plenty of space for families or small groups. Bright rooms and comfortable furnishings ensure a restful night’s sleep and privacy.

The large living room is the heart of the apartment. A comfortable corner couch invites you to relax—perfect for spending evenings together after an eventful day at the beach. The spacious dining table offers plenty of room for shared meals, game nights, or social gatherings.

The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. In addition to a small dining area for breakfast or a quick cup of coffee, you’ll find a dishwasher and a microwave, among other amenities—for added comfort during your stay.

The bathroom features a bathtub for relaxation and a vanity with a mirror. There’s also a separate guest restroom—especially convenient when there are several people staying.

A special highlight is the location near the beach: You can easily reach the ocean in just a few minutes on foot. Enjoy long walks, sunny days at the beach, or simply the fresh sea air.
