Our vacation apartments are located on the outskirts of the Ruhr metropolitan area, surrounded by forests and fields. Thanks to their convenient location, they serve as an ideal starting point for all travelers who want to explore the Ruhr region. Whether you’d like to take advantage of the Ruhr region’s rich cultural offerings or its numerous recreational activities, everything is within easy reach. Business travelers, installation technicians, tradespeople, and trade show visitors are also welcome guests who appreciate both the quiet location and the proximity to the many large companies in the area.

3.5 rooms, 68 m² with space for 1–6 people, 1st floor
The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be arranged separately or pushed together as needed; the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, etc.).
The dining room seats 6 people or more.
The rooftop terrace is accessible from the spacious living room (which includes satellite TV). Furnished with appropriate outdoor furniture, you can always find a spot in the sun here.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Guest restroom with washing machine
A travel crib and high chair can be provided.
Pets allowed upon request
Fresh towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the service.
