Welcome to Stadtvilla Silendi. Our little gem is located right in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet spot on Bomhoffstraße, a small side street off the pedestrian zone.
Just around the corner is the famous “Brandenburger Strand,” where world-class surfers gather several times a year.
In the other direction, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the heart of Westerland, where you can enjoy delicious meals, shop, or relax in the pedestrian zones. Westerland train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop (toward Wenningstedt-Kampen-List) is just around the corner on Norderstraße. A bakery and a grocery store are within a 5-minute walk.

Your “Achtern” apartment is located on the first floor and features a bedroom that sleeps up to 2 people, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with an adjoining open kitchen.
The apartment includes an outdoor terrace with a beach chair and a dining area.
Your private parking space is located on the property and is free of charge. A charging station for electric vehicles is available for a fee.

When furnishing Achtern, special attention was paid to tasteful and comfortable furnishings; including a large box-spring bed, a cozy living room, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and a spacious refrigerator.
The basement has a washer and dryer; their use is included in the rent. There is also a Weber grill, which is shared by all three apartments in the building.
You’ll find two TVs, a radio, board games, and free Wi-Fi. With our Wi-Fi, you can read over 800 daily newspapers and magazines for free on your device.
