The Residenz Hohe-Lith Vacation Rental 120 (HLI120) offers 69 m² of living space, providing comfortable accommodations for up to four people, and combines well-thought-out amenities with an attractive location right next to Cuxhaven’s sandy beach. This family-friendly accommodations are located on the third floor and is easily accessible via an elevator. The private, covered balcony features privacy screens on all windows and offers you a pleasant outdoor retreat—regardless of the weather.

The open-concept kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the living room, features modern appliances and leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher make self-catering a breeze. Additionally, a coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker are provided. A refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment rounds out the amenities. The dining area is integrated into the living space, allowing for shared meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

The living room features high-quality vinyl flooring and invites you to spend cozy hours there with a large TV (35–44 inches), DVD player, radio, CD player, as well as books and games. Two separate bedrooms each offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and also feature vinyl flooring, which ensures a pleasant living environment. There are a total of four sleeping accommodations available.

The bathroom is functional and modern, featuring a shower combined with a tub, a toilet, and a hair dryer. An additional guest restroom enhances comfort, especially when staying with several people. Shared use of the in-house washer and dryer allows for flexible and carefree travel, even during longer stays.

Another highlight of the vacation rental is access to a heated indoor pool, which offers relaxation regardless of the season. In addition, a sauna, infrared cabin, and steam room are available for relaxing wellness moments.

The stay is particularly appealing for families with children: The grounds feature a playground with a slide, sandbox, and swing set. A beach chair on the beach is included and invites you to relax right by the sea, which is only 400 meters away. The gently sloping sandy shore and the short distances to shopping and restaurants (900 m and 500 m away, respectively) highlight the advantages of the location.

The apartment is a smoke-free area, and you can enter and exit contact-free. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A private parking space in front of the property is available exclusively for your use.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently serves the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic applications such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle guests to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
