Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, three additional bedrooms with two queen size beds and one king bed. Pull out bed on lower level. Three full baths, new kitchen with breakfast bar and large eating area, living room with big screen TV, family room with big screen TV, & summer kitchen with laundry. Private yard has large pool and hot tub (fresh water for each group). Tennis courts, basketball and playground at school within two blocks. Central location is minutes to Okanagan Lake or Skaha Lake with beautiful beaches and boating. Many fabulous wine tours close by and beautiful golf courses. Outdoor patio with dining and Weber BBQ on kitchen balcony. Private yard has full sun all day long with gazebo for some shade, plenty of outdoor furniture to relax by the pool.

We had a wonderful time here with our family celebrating our wedding anniversary. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was very comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor pool area. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and it was great to have Randy meet us at the house when we arrived. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful house in August 2026. We are a family of four and brought grandparents with us for our final vacation of the summer. Lisa and Randy are excellent hosts and the house and pool were perfect for our group and stay duration. The house was well equipped with anything you could need in the kitchen, and there were tons of pool toys to keep our kids busy. Amazing property!

Our group of 10 (multi-generational) had a wonderful vacation at this clean, well equipped and spacious home. The grandkids spent hours in the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub and shady gazebo! The home is located in a quiet residential area that has quick access to beaches, golf, wineries and many activities. We will definitely be back!

Everything we could wish for in a family vacation! A beautiful home situated in a convenient location. The family were in and out of the pool all day. The huge sofa for everyone to watch the world cup plus the pool table in the adjacent games room was amazing! Thank you Lisa and Randy for helping make our family vacation perfect!

We loved swimming in the pool and the layout of the house worked very well for us to have kids share a larger room downstairs. The house was exactly as we expected and had a fantastic stay

Relaxing Family Vacation

As a family we really enjoyed staying at this house. The entire set up of the house was perfect for the 8 of us, we all enjoyed the pool and backyard. The home was clean and had nice relaxing atmosphere. Randy and Lisa were great hosts, prompt and friendly communication.

Excellent Family Vacation!

We just returned from staying at Randy and Lisa’s house for the second time and again, it was excellent. Their VRBO ad represents the house exactly and Randy is very easy to access should the need arise. Their home is exactly what our family needed and we had such a great time. Our grandchildren were in the pool all day every day! We highly recommend this property.

A private resort! There was lots of space to spread our family out. Lots of beds and two living rooms gave everyone a chance to move. Kids played pool, adults sat and drank coffee under the gazebo, dinner on the deck and afternoons by the pool! Perfect! Hosts were great, only had to contact for a question once but their reply was fast. Definitely useful to have a vehicle however we hardly left.

Great location for larger family group !

Lisa and Randy were incredible and easy to work with. The property was even more beautiful in person than the photos could capture. Kids went to hockey camp all day, adults got to enjoy the amazing air conditioning in the lovely house and then everyone jumped in the pool! The house has every amenity you could hope for- great kitchen for cooking, extra fridge for drinks, comfortable beds, floats for the pool and ample towels. The location is perfect- close to town for convenience but tucked away for privacy. Our week was relaxing and fulfilling; thank you for sharing your amazing home !! We will be staying here again for sure!

Absolutely incredible stay - this property exceeded all of our expectations. The photos honestly do not do this place justice. The home was spotless, extremely well equipped with every appliance and amenity you could think of (pool towels even), and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.The pool and hot tub were amazing and quickly became our favorite part of the trip, especially paired with the stunning views. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which made it feel even more like a luxury getaway.Overall, this was the perfect place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway.

Great Property for Large Group

The home is very nice and larger than shows in the pictures. There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 children) and the property easily accommodated all of us. The bedroom in the basement with the 2 queens is massive with enough room for our queen air bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer fun in Penticton

A perfect house for two families to share. Well equipped in every category. The pool was a big hit! Evening sunsets and barbecuing on the upper deck was spectacular. Easy communication with the owners. I would highly recommend this place.

Oasis in Penticton

The family had an amazing time staying at the property while in Penticton. The location was central to all the activities. We enjoyed all the home had to offer and the backyard pool was a welcome relief during the summer heat.

Penticton Vacation

Fabulous property! 2nd time staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for 5 adults, beautiful new kitchen for cooking our own meals, and our favourite was time spent by the pool and in the hot tub! And of course enjoying Penticton and the wineries in the area. Randy was great to help us with anything we needed.

A Great place for Family Time

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! We all had such an amazing time reconnecting. There was so much to do, whether it was swimming in the pool (pool towels and floaties were provided), hanging out in the hot tub, or just having game night. The pool table was also a huge hit with all the guys. The Kitchen was amazing…..we didn’t realize how well stocked it was, and that in itself was a very pleasant surprise.

Beautiful Property

We just completed our one week stay at Randy and Lisa’s beautiful property. Randy was excellent to deal with and was very accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen were very well stocked and missing nothing that we could think of. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and this one certainly ranks at the top. Thanks again for a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property!

We purchased this family home and created a resort like atmosphere to enjoy with our children. The children have now grown and we rarely use the pool or other amenities, we are not ready to downsize or sell the home so we have decided to use this property as a vacation rental so other families can enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle we have enjoyed for many years.
