Our apartTOP 2.3 is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator.
With an area of approximately 39 m², this apartment is ideal for 2–3 people.
From the interior balcony, which faces southeast, you can enjoy a magnificent view.

Strap on your skis right at the front door and explore the entire Arlberg ski region, from Warth through Lech-Zürs to St. Anton. After a day of skiing, ski right back to the front door.
Relax in our panoramic wellness area. Enjoy the Finnish sauna and a magnificent view of the mountains from the glass-enclosed sauna. Cool off with direct access to the sun terrace or our sensory showers.
Cross-country skiers and winter hikers can also take advantage of the cross-country trail and winter hiking trails that pass right by the house, leading toward Salober and Körbersee (Austria’s Most Beautiful Place 2017).
In the summer, you can set out directly from the house on countless hikes and bike rides through the magnificent mountain scenery of the Hochtannberg, the Arlberg, and the Allgäu and Lechtal Alps.



On-site amenities: Wellness area covering approx. 140 m². Panoramic views through the glass-enclosed sauna. Direct access from the sauna area to the sun terrace—cool off in the deep snow. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
