Newly built and recently renovated in 2020, the apartment combines stylish furnishings with numerous amenities and a quiet location at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. Located in the idyllic village of Tauplitz in Bad Mitterndorf, you will find a retreat that appeals to families, couples, and active sports enthusiasts alike.

With a total of 60 m² of living space, spread over two floors, up to four people can be comfortably accommodated. The separate bedroom, the spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, and a guest toilet are modern and tastefully furnished. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with extra freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A separate dining area with a dining table ensures convivial meals with views of the surrounding Alpine landscape.

Of particular note is the walk-in shower in the modern bathroom with a window, sophisticated bathroom amenities, and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. The laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom contributes to a well-maintained, allergy-friendly environment. Further amenities include a comfortable sofa with a corner seating area and a digital TV (35-44 inches) with international satellite connection.

A spacious, covered balcony with garden furniture invites you to linger and offers exceptional views of the mountains, valley, and the surrounding greenery. You can enjoy an incomparable landscape that is captivating in every season. The strategic location offers short distances to numerous outdoor activities: the nearest ski lift is just 50 meters away, and hiking trails, mountain bike routes, and numerous other sports and leisure opportunities are right on the doorstep. Winter sports enthusiasts will find cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding, ice skating, and downhill skiing in the immediate vicinity. In summer, a variety of activities are available, including hiking, Nordic walking, paragliding, rowing, canoeing, boat rentals, fishing, and bird watching. Botanical gardens, waterfalls, and caves are also nearby.

After an active day, you can relax in the apartment's private wellness area: A special highlight is the sauna, available for private use, which promises relaxation and well-being all year round. Central and underfloor heating ensure pleasant temperatures in every season.
