The 40 m² vacation apartment on the first floor offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway for two. The combined living and sleeping area features a cozy pull-out couch, a dining area, and a double bed with an electric slatted frame, creating a pleasant living atmosphere. The separate, compact kitchen is equipped with all standard kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare meals that can be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the dike.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, as well as two sinks. Free Wi-Fi, free calls to German landlines, and a private parking space in the underground garage for vehicles up to 1.95 m in height round out the apartment’s amenities.



The Jan am Strand Residence is an apartment building located directly behind the dike and in the immediate vicinity of the wide Döser sandy beach. All apartments feature a balcony, either with a view of the Wadden Sea and the international shipping lane or of the dike.
In the building’s basement, in addition to the underground parking garage, there is a lockable communal bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
